A word from Louise

“I started PT with Louise back in January 2019, I’d hit 40 the previous year and was feeling pretty rubbish about myself. After meeting Lou at an event I decided to take her up on the offer of a chat and see what she could do for me. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my fitness and health.

I love the care and attention she puts into personalising our PT sessions and each one is challenging, rewarding and completely different so there is no time to get bored. I always leave each session feeling like I’ve really achieved something and it sets me up for the day (even if some days I can’t walk up the stairs after as I’ve worked muscles I didn’t even know I had)!!

I love the chat and banter in my sessions, it really makes you feel like you are part of something special. I had a very challenging 2019 suffering three miscarriages and Lou was so supportive and compassionate and was really flexible in tailoring my sessions.

As well as my PT she’s become my friend and I know everyone in the 10X community feels like part of one big family which I personally love. When I became pregnant with Eve I initially kept up my PT which Louise adapted again to suit my ever changing needs. Then in March this year we went into lockdown so I couldn’t continue in the gym but she’s still there supporting me whenever I need it. She set me up with a training plan to work through at home and even now since having Eve in July, I’ve been working through a postnatal program she wrote for me.

I can’t wait to get back in the gym once my little one can be left and the gyms are allowed to open again but until then I know she’s always just a text or phone call away to keep encouraging me and supporting me in my fitness and health journey.”

A word from Louise (PT)

“I knew Louise and I would get on from day one, she is extremely kind, incredibly focused and has always been conscious of her health and wellbeing. As you read she had a pretty tough time a few years ago but her drive to keep active and healthy is something that inspires me. No matter how she felt when she walked through the gym door, she always left with a smile on her face and a spring in her step.

Unfortunately because of COVID-19 I haven’t been able to physically train Lou for over a year but that didn’t stop her wanting to carry on (even towards the end of her pregnancy). We had regular FaceTime consultations and I wrote several programs for her and even managed to rope in Louise’s husband too!! Alongside her sessions she was walking a lot, walking is a big drive of Louise’s and we have managed to catch up on several occasions just to walk the dogs (she also has a fox red Labrador called Ozzy) and get some fresh air.

Louise has been on one hell of a journey these past few years but the strength she has shown both physically and mentally tells me that she can do anything and I can’t wait to see how the next few years pan out for her.

We are all so proud of everything you have achieved, especially your gorgeous little girl Eve.”
