The motivation for such an exciting development was the result of our determination to create an environment that enables us to deliver an even greater, more varied fitness and lifestyle experience to you all. We offer high-quality semi-private personal training, group personal training and an extensive class timetable; all in this dynamic space.
Joining us here at the 10X Fitness will provide you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in an experience that is far more ‘personal’ and fulfilling than in regular gyms. There are minimal distractions and disruptions during your training sessions, equipment is accessible at all times and the environment is always welcoming and friendly. Classes for Everyone
Gym Floor & Studio
On the ground floor, you will find an impressive range of high specification strength and conditioning equipment optimally positioned to allow an individual or a group to train effectively and efficiently in our functional training space.
Amenities also include shower/changing facilities, WC, storage area for bags as well as access to a bottled mineral water dispenser and protein supplements.
Upstairs you will discover our spin studio where we run our group cycling classes. Situated next to this is our therapy/consultation room where our in-house 10X rehab team is based and where we also meet with clients for private consultations.

Deal With Discomfort
Hi, my name is Laura and I am the in-house Sports Massage Therapist at 10X Fitness. I offer a variety of different treatments using a range of effective massage techniques; I also provide Kinesio taping, a method that has been developed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process.
Sport has been a big part of my life since I can remember. Having tried most sports, the ones that I excelled in best were gymnastics, swimming and water polo. My greatest achievement was with water polo where I competed at international level, going to 3 different European Championships with the Great Britain team. Competing for my country and having been involved in sport for so long taught me the importance of looking after our bodies.
My qualification in Sports Massage Therapy enables me to help those dealing with constant pain & discomfort whether it be sports related or in everyday life. When booking in with me you will receive a full assessment allowing me to determine which course of treatment will best suit you.
