I have been training with Kev and Lou for just under a year and they are a brilliant duo. Having tried and failed to lose weight for years on my own, I was recommended Kev by a friend and haven’t looked back since. Their exercise programmes, nutritional information and support has been excellent and I am starting to reap the rewards. From the moment you step into the studio, Kev and Lou make you feel at ease and personalise the sessions to suit your requirements! I would definitely recommend!
My wife and I have been training with Lou and Kev for a while now and can highly recommend them! 10X fitness has it all! Friendly motivated and helpful. They take time to listen to your needs and modify training to suit you. Loads of new kit and a fantastic purpose designed premise to train at. We do the group classes as well as individual training. My physique and flexibility has improved dramatically and am even combating long-term knee problems due to their understanding of my needs. In a nutshell EXCELLENT!
I have been training with 10X Fitness for just over a year and I am so pleased I started training with them. As a 16-year-old who plays badminton competitively I find it extremely helpful training with Louise and she constantly pushes me so I am able to achieve my goals within my sport. I have gained so much from training with 10X not just advice with health and fitness but also mindset. Training with Louise has allowed me to feel more confident in my appearance as well as making me feel more positive during a competitive atmosphere. Lastly, because Louise and Kev are so likable and relatable I always feel really motivated and always want to train!
10X Fitness understands that people have work and family commitments so are very accommodating with the times of their group classes and when I have a 1-1 session with Kevin I can guarantee he will book me a slot that really suits me. I cannot recommend Kevin and Louise at 10X Fitness enough, you won't be disappointed with the results you’ll achieve with them.
I’ve been training with Kev for a few years now and he is by far the friendliest and most knowledgable trainer I have worked with. I’ve also been to many of the classes on offer, and although I felt nervous at first, it’s such a positive and inclusive environment that it’s impossible not to feel at ease- the classes are accessible for people of all abilities, and I always feel supported by everyone attending. I absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough, especially for people who might feel a bit lost at the gym, or who need some structure to help them achieve their goals.
Kev really pushes me to my fitness limits, which I wouldn't do myself, advises on nutrition, which is very important to me and is very encouraging.
Louise keeps me motivated and prevents me from slipping back into old habits. She encourages me to do more than I think I can and I love the whole personal training experience.
