Lizzie joined 10X Fitness at the start of 2019, since then she has been nothing but consistent, determined and as you can see her results speak for themselves.
“I’ve been working with Lou as my PT for well over a year. My main focus was to improve my overall strength, which after having two babies was lacking somewhat. I was able to do some cardio work at home however I felt I needed to work with a personal trainer to achieve what I really wanted.
Lou was recommended to me from a friend of my husbands and with 10X Fitness just around the corner from home I decided to bite the bullet and give her a call. I was a little apprehensive at first but the gym environment was perfect. Quiet, personal and has everything you need plus Lou and I hit it off straight away (which was an added bonus)!
I train with Lou twice a week where we focus purely on building my strength but after a few months I decided I wanted to start trying a few of the fitness classes 10X has to offer. Although I do a fair amount of spinning at home I wanted to try something a little different and step out of my comfort zone slightly. Lou and I had done a some boxing in our training sessions so decided to start with the Boxfit class, I loved it and its most defiantly my favorite one. I then tried their Spin and Bootcamp classes and now I’m hooked (I’ve even signed up for the monthly class membership so now can do as many classes as I like).
Lou and Kev are incredible at what they do. I always look forward to my PT sessions with Lou, she constantly pushes me to work my hardest but in the most thoughtful way possible.
The change in my fitness and body shape since starting at 10X Fitness is huge. I’ve still got a way to go but I know they’ll get me there.

A few words from trainer Lou
“I couldn’t be more proud of what Lizzie has achieved over the past few years, even though we have only been working together for about 12 months or so her fitness journey started before we met. Lizzie decided she wanted to lose weight after having her children so brought herself a Peleton and began spinning. Once she felt confident enough we got her in the gym and started to work on her overall strength particularly her core.
Lizzie always gives 100% in every session and she continuous to impress me with her hard work and dedication. Even though we are currently in lockdown and I am unable to see her for 1-2-1 sessions she has still trained every day, whether that’s through our online classes, spinning, running or home workouts.
Not only does she have an incredible work ethic (as well as a mum to two gorgeous young children she also works for the Provost at Exeter University), Lizzie’s consistency and positive attitude backed up by the fact that she’s such a lovely person makes my job an easy one.
Kev and I are proud of what you have achieved since starting with us and we will continue to enjoy watching your strength and fitness improve each and every week.
